Well if you have time to watch a one-hour television program, you indeed have time to get a quality and beneficial workout.First, change into some comfortable clothing, grab a towel, a glass of water, a pair of hand weights (dumbbells) or resistance band and even your mate (the family that exercises together, stays together). Now pick a one-hour television program and let's start moving in a healthier direction.Here's how it works, during every commercial break we are going to complete three 30-second exercise intervals. OK, I don't want to hear the wise guy comment, "I have Tivo or a DVR and fast forward through the commercials," well in that case put the remote down and let's get serious.Since the average TV commercial is between 30 and 60 seconds. The average show will have approx 10-15 commercial breaks between the start and the end of a show, there could be as many as 5-8 commercials per break so this will give us plenty of time to complete our three exercise cycles and leave us enough time to get back to the comfy chair before the show starts again.* 1st Commercial Break; During the first commercial complete 10 push-ups (within 30 seconds). At the second commercial, complete 15 basic crunches. At the third commercial, complete 10 more push-ups. (If you have trouble doing a regular push-up, try a modified push-up with your knees on the ground)During additional commercials time, use this extra time to do some light stretching and then settle back in for the start of the show.* 2nd Commercial Break; During this commercial break complete one round of jumping jacks- (two minutes approx. 4 commercials) This should get your heart pumping. Catch your breath and it's back to the show. If you find this difficult, stick with it, it will become easier. Try not to stop. If you find it easy increase the time or pace.* 3rd Commercial Break: During the first commercial grab your hand weights or resistance band and let's rock 15-20 Bicep curls. Next it's 12-15 Over-Head Shoulder Presses. Start with the weights around your ears, push straight up into an "A" and repeat. For both exercises be mindful of your core and keep it engaged. Complete another set of Bicep curls and relax. Each exercise should take approx 30 seconds.* 4th Commercial Break: During this commercial break it's time for some body weight Squats. Complete as many as you can do within 30 seconds, don't lag keep the pace fairly high. Feet are shoulder length apart, toes point straight, core is engaged and sit back like your sitting into a chair, don't let your knees come over you toes. Rest one commercial (approx 30 seconds), then repeat - push out another strong set of Squats. You should feel the burn, stretch your legs out a bit, back to the show.* 5th Commercial Break: During this commercial break jump an imaginary jump rope. Rotate your arms/wrists as if you had a real jump rope in hand. (if you have the space use a real jump rope) Jump for two commercials without stopping (approx 1 minute), rest for one commercial and repeat the cycle. Catch your breath and it's back to the show.* 6th Commercial Break: Hit the floor for some Core work. If you have a yoga or exercise mat use it, a towel will do as well. Lying on your back extend your arms over your head (if you have a hand weight, a heavy book etc use it) - feet on flat on the floor, knees bent facing the ceiling. Bring the weight over your head and come up into a crunch position touching the weight to your knees, slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position. Don't use your arms to swing up, focusing on using just your core muscles to raise your body up. Complete one cycle (one commercial/30 seconds), rest for one commercial - repeat for another commercial. You should be doing at least 15-20 reps per set.* 7th Commercial Break: During the first commercial break it's back to push-ups. Complete as many as you can do, in a 30-second commercial. (complete at least 10, 25 would be awesome) Rest one commercial and repeat.* 8th Commercial Break: During this commercial break we are going to complete
a series of front and side lateral raises. Grab for hand weight or resistance band. We start with a basic front lateral raise for the first commercial. Start with your hands out front resting on your thighs (palms facing you), keeping your arms straight- raise your arms out and up to shoulder height parallel to the floor. Within the 30-second commercial you should complete at least 12-15 reps. Rest for one commercial (30-seconds) now place your arm to your side (palms facing in) for the Side Lateral Raise. Raise straight up til arms are parallel to the floor. Again you goal is 12-15 reps. Rest one commercial and complete one more set of Front and Side Lateral Raises with no rest in between.* 9th Commercial Break: Home stretch folks. We have 30-second (one commercial) worth of Front Lunges (alternate lead legs). Make sure your lead leg knee doesn't come over your toes, keep a nice flat back and drop straight down as you lunge, not forward. Rest for the next commercial followed by another 30-second set. You should be able to do at least 15 reps per set.* 10th and Final Commercial Break: We finish the workout with a classic yoga plank. If you find this difficult a modified plank can be used. For the first commercial we will be holding the plank position for one entire commercial (approx 30 second), Keep you core engaged and use your breath to release tension and strain. Rest one commercial and repeat twice. Hit the comfy chair, slide into chill mode and enjoy the rest of your show knowing you just did something great for you.Great job folks, you've just completed the 30-Second Interval TV Workout. This information can be found on your pay stub or your W2.. Your pay stub should show you how much money you have made. You need to look at the "net" number because you don't have to pay taxes on certain things like 401K contributions. The other number you need is how much tax you have paid. However, if you don't perform due diligence and research your purchase carefully, you could wind up regretting your new acquisition. Here are some of the most important warning signs to look out for when making your purchase.No Warranty: Not all refurbished notebooks come with a warranty, unfortunately. If you find one that does not, no matter how cheap it is, you should pass on it in favor of one that does. There are lots of models out there that come equipped with great warranties, so there is no need to settle for anything less. Besides, if a seller is not offering a warranty, there may be a good reason for it - they expect the pc to have problems in the future.No or Very Limited Return Policy: Similar to the warranty red flag, you want to make sure the computer you are buying has some sort of return policy. Preferably, it would be good to buy one with a return policy that allowed for returns or refunds for at least 30 days. Unlike most other states, whose fiscal year mirrors the actual year (January through December), California property taxes are assessed for the period between July 1 and June 30. Therefore, instead of a 2008 tax year, you have a 2007-2008 tax year and a 2008-2009 tax year. A first position lien attaches to all real property on the assessment date each year by law.California property taxes are due in two equal installments. The first installment is due November 1 and delinquent December 10th. The second installment is due February 1 and delinquent April 10th. Late payments adds a 10% penalty to the property tax bill. Unpaid properties are considered tax defaulted if not paid in full by June 30 of each year. Starting July 1, title to these parcels is vested in the name of the state and interest on any unpaid bill begins to accrue at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).Online and Public AuctionsSimilar to how California runs its tax year, tax deed sales are a little different in California. The tax deed to a parcel is not put up for sale for at least five years after the property tax bill becomes delinquent. In California, the "redemption period" starts when the property becomes tax defaulted on July 1 of any given year, and ends when the property is offered for sale to investors at a tax deed sale five (or more) years later. In most other tax deed states, tax-defaulted properties go up for sale shortly after they first default, but property owners are given an opportunity to essentially buy back their property even if the tax deed was already sold at a sale. Barring a county error and/or a successful lawsuit by the former property owner, a property in California may not be redeemed once it is sold at a public auction. In other words, there is no extended right of redemption in the State of California.California tax deed sales use the premium bidding method. The minimum bid is equal to the amount of taxes, interest, penalties, and fees due upon the property. Most counties only hold an auction once during a year; however, some counties hold more than one per year.Generally, California property owners have up to the day before the tax sale to redeem their property. If possible, investors planning to participate in a California tax deed sale are advised to check the sale list just prior to the sale. This may entail contacting the county tax collector office directly, or checking the county or third-party Web site.Bid4assets.com is a third-party Web site that holds online auctions for 28 California counties, including Alameda, Fresno, Kern, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Solano, San Diego, and San Bernardino. Tax sale lists for Bid4Assets counties generally become available three to four weeks before the online auction. The Bid4Assets Web site has all of the information you need about each auction, including contact, registration and deposit information.California Tax Deed Sale Payment PlansAccording to California statute, and at their discretion, California county tax collectors may offer a "payment plan" for properties that sell for over a threshold amount. This "threshold" varies by county and can vary year to year. Generally, in a "payment plan", the county requires the threshold amount and the remaining balance on the tax deed is due within 90 days of the tax deed sale. The property title is not transferred to the tax deed purchaser until the tax collector receives payment in full.After the Tax Deed SaleSuccessful bidders are awarded a Tax Collector's Deed. Pursuant to California Statute, this deed conveys title to the purchaser free of all encumbrances of any kind existing before the sale, with the exception of liens for subsequent taxes and/or special assessments.When a property has been offered for sale at least once and no acceptable bids have been submitted, the tax collector may re-offer those properties at the next scheduled sale at a minimum bid he/she deems appropriate. The county's Board of Supervisors must approve a drop in the minimum bid. Currently, there are no over-the-counter sales in California.

Then I decide how to watch that particular event. But this competition was unusual, I had no choice but to endure the anticipation of being in the crowd; part of it. However, it was still too nerve wrecking to watch.Kimmie was the last to skate. Once she had performed, she sat patiently awaiting her scores. However, her body language spelled anticipation; meanwhile, the commentators, while the viewers and the audience were on an edge, felt compelled to comment on Kimmie's past performances, from the good ones to her recent "disasters." Soon everyone stood, wondering what was taking so long; I heard some people say that they were tabulating the scores, while others said they were counting her jumps. This part alone should have told me something was strange because this is not the norm.A reporter came to the crowd speaking on behalf of Kimmie, proudly saying how he knew she had it in her, when another one of Kimmie's fans pulled out a recent article written by this fellow discrediting Kimmie. Anticipation had kept me from watching Kimmie's actual performance. It meant too much. However, my gut reaction was that she had won! I started to dance around, some people chanted with me, others clapped. While some glared. The scores had not come out yet. However, there was this feeling in me that she had won! After all she is a winner!Soon after the party had simmered down, there was a disquiet in the large arena; Kimmie was being interviewed. She had regained her "World Title." It was exhilarating.

It is the fully-automated $1 kiosk you can see in more supermarkets, especially in Southern California, my neighborhood.Since kiosks have arrived a number of months ago, I may have rented twice from traditional video stores, including Blockbuster. Frankly, I see kiosks as the wave of the future, though vending machines, of which kiosks are a modern variant, have been around for more than half a century.Video kiosks deliver a better customer experience than retail stores, in five ways:(1) They're cheaper. Heck, at a buck, how can you miss? Typically, store rentals cost close to five bucks each.(2) They get new titles on the exact date of release, and they actually stock them promptly in the machines, when you want them the most.(3) It's easy to get and to return rentals. I tend to buy something at the market daily, during my morning jog, so I'm not driving to and from a video store on a fossil-fueled trek.(4) It feels private. I can rent without some geek gawking at my choices.(5) For every ten rentals, you get one free. So, this brings your rentals, on average, into the ninety-cents range.True, Blockbuster and stores like it might give you five days with a rental, but that isn't an advantage to me. I don't watch conventional TV, but I do like spending 90 minutes with a different film, each night.For overall value and getting new releases while they're still new, the one-buck kiosk is unparalleled. Not only is it effectively blocking and tackling Blockbuster and similar outlets, but it may be a harbinger of the future.Automated kiosks may shake up the world of retailing even more, by efficiently selling books, fresh flowers, and whatever else the imagination can conjure.

บริเวณด้านหลังพระวิหาร มีพระอัฏฐารศ ซึ่งเป็นพระพุทธรูปปางห้ามญาติ สร้างขึ้นราวปี พ.ศ 1800 เดิมประดิษฐานอยู่ในวิหารใหญ่ ต่อมาวิหารได้ชำรุดทรุดโทรม พังลงจนหมด เหลือเพียงเสาที่ก่อด้วยศิลาแลงขนาดใหญ่ 3-4 ต้น เรียกว่า เนินวิหารเก้าห้อง ถัดไปด้านหลังของพระอัฏฐารส ยังมีพระปรางค์ประธาน ศิลปะแบบสมัยอยุธยาตอนต้น ฐานย่อเหลี่ยมไม้ยี่สิบ เดิมทีคาดว่าน่าจะเป็นเจดีย์ทรงพุ่มข้าวบิณฑ์ อันเป็นสถาปัตยกรรมแบบสุโขทัยแท้ แต่ต่อมาคงถูกดัดแปลงให้กลายเป็นพระปรางค์ที่มีรูปแบบเหมือนทางอยุธยาแทน นอกจากนี้ยังมีพระเหลือ ที่สร้างจากเศษทองสัมฤทธิ์ที่เป็นเศษหลงเหลือจากการสร้างพระพุทธชินราช พระพุทธชินสีห์ และพระศรีศาสดา โดยหล่อเป็นพระพุทธรูปปางมารวิชัยขนาดเล็ก และมีพระสาวกยืนอีก 2 องค์ นำไปประดิษฐานในวิหารน้อย เรียกว่า วิหารพระเหลือ

งานนมัสการพระพุทธชินราชจะจัดให้มีขึ้น ในวันขึ้น 6 ค่ำ ถึงวันขึ้น 12 ค่ำเดือน 3 เรียกว่า งานวัดใหญ่ เป็นที่แน่นอนว่าช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทางศาสนาแห่งนี้ จะเนืองแน่นไปด้วยพุทธศาสนิกชน ที่หลั่งไหลกันเข้ามาทำบุญรวมถึงนักท่องเที่ยวจากทั่วประเทศ ที่ต้องการเข้ามานมัสการพระพุทธชินราช พระพุทธรูปที่ได้รับการกล่าวขานว่ามีความงดงามที่สุดในโลก

สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เกาะกูดตั้งอยู่สุดท้ายของทางทิศตะวันออกของประเทศไทย ในน่านน้ำทะเลจังหวัดตราด และมีความใหญ่เป็นอันดับ ๒ รองจากเกาะช้างในจังหวัดตราด และเป็นเกาะที่ใหญ่เป็นอันดับ ๔ ของประเทศไทย ระยะทางห่างจากตัวเมืองจังหวัดตราด ๘๐ กิโลเมตร มีเนื้อที่ ๑๐๕ ตารางกิโลเมตร หรือประมาณ ๖๕,๖๒๕ ไร่ โดยมีขนาดความยาวของเกาะ ๒๕ กิโลเมตร และขนาดความกว้าง ๑๒ กิโลเมตร

ลักษณะ โดยทั่วไปของเกาะกูดยังคงสภาพความเป็นธรรมชาติอย่างสมบูรณ์ครบถ้วน โดยมีภูเขาและที่ราบสันเขาซึ่งเป็นต้นกำเนิด สายน้ำ ลำธาร ทำให้เกาะกูดมีน้ำตกหลายแห่ง แต่ที่ขึ้นชื่อบนเกาะกูด คือ น้ำตกคลองเจ้า จะมีน้ำไหลตลอดทั้งปี มีทั้งหมด ๓ ชั้น โดยชั้นบนจะมีลักษณะเป็นลำธาร ส่วนชั้นล่างเป็นลำธารจากน้ำตกขนาดใหญ่ ซึ่งเหมาะแก่การเล่นน้ำเป็นอย่างมาก น้ำตกแห่งนี้ถือว่าเป็นน้ำตกประวัติศาสตร์ของเกาะกูด พระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว เคยเสด็จประพาสเมื่อ พ.ศ. ๒๔๕๔ ทรงพระราชทานนามว่า น้ำตกอนัมก๊ก เพื่อเป็นที่ระลึกถึงองค์เชียงสือ กษัตริย์ญวนที่เคยเข้ามาลี้ภัยจากการจราจลในสมัยรัชกาลที่ ๑ สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวแห่งนี้ ไม่ควรพลาด

Here are some ideas how to make time in your day without adding more work!1) Time Waster: Trying to decide what to eat when you are in a hurry, already hungry and you have other people to feed.Planning ahead can make the whole food hassle easier. Many times, we have no time to fix dinner because we are running around like nuts to the next activity, meeting, or practice. A lot of wasted time can be avoided with some simple preparation.
Planning ahead for the shopping and the food prep creates hours of time a week. Once a week, make your list and at the same time, plan dinners and lunches so that you make sure the needed items are on the list. This will give you huge amounts of time later in the week.
Keep a grocery list on the refrigerator where everyone in the family can write down items as they notice supplies running low. A good idea is to have a standard list of necessities you buy every week. Run off copies, leaving spaces to fill in other items. (These can be grouped the way the grocery store is set up so you can follow your list with minimum backtracking.) If you hate shopping, take turns with your partner/spouse, or hire someone to do it (If this is not possible, make it as efficient as possible so it takes the minimum of your time.)
An extra person helping with just a few tasks in the kitchen can make the preparation time so much shorter! Even a young child can help with setting the table and as they get older they can be your "assistant," and get out pots and pans. Older children can take one turn a week to make dinner. Don't be too picky about what they fix. Soup and sandwiches can be a great meal if someone else prepares it and it gives you time to sit together as a family. As children grow into this responsibility, they will start planning ahead and helping with the grocery list. If meals are ready to be made, you will find you are not stopping to grab fast food which is so unhealthy and a money waster to boot.
Keep fresh food in the house already washed and ready to go. Make lunches the night before, for you and your children. 
Keep food in your car, so you always have something handy in times of delays and long appointments. You can keep meal replacement bars, a can of nuts, water, and other healthy snacks handy in your car if you plan ahead. You won't get hungry and feel the urge to stop by your local fast food joint. Think about the time and money saved!
Try to find recipes to double and freeze. If you are going to put in the work and the time, double what you do. Freeze half and you have created extra time in your life. (How nice would it be to open your freezer in the morning, transfer the evening meal to your refrigerator, and let it defrost while you are working?)
When you make a salad, make enough to have for the next day's lunch. Instant healthy lunch-no prep time in the morning!
2) Time Waster: Getting Dressed in the MorningWhy are we so confused in the morning about clothes? Every day, we have to get dressed. Every day we have to decide what to wear, based on where we will be and what we will be doing. Still, we wait until morning, staring in a stupor at the clothes hanging in our closet, wondering what we should put on.The typical morning for many people goes like this: Where is my (fill in the blank)?Is my (fill in the blank) clean/ironed/still in existence? Do I have the sock that matches this one? Where did I leave my (fill in the blank)?Sometimes we are asking ourselves this question, sometimes other people, much to their annoyance. All of this stress and time wasting could be avoided by planning ahead.If you do not have time on the weekend to do much more than get laundry caught up or pick up the dry cleaning, you could at least prepare each night for the next day. 
Even if all you wear are jeans, tee shirts, or work-out clothes, it can make your whole morning routine go much more smoothly. 
Having everything laid out, clean, ironed and organized, can be so calming in the morning. Children benefit from doing this just as much as adults. (Warning: Teen-age boys will laugh at you if you suggest this.)
Starting the day this way can create a huge difference in your morning. You will feel the benefit of creating this space when you realize that you have time for breakfast or a cup of coffee sitting down!3) Time Waster: Television Viewing Television is a huge time waster. We need to take back the time TV viewing is stealing from our lives. Examine what you are really doing when you sit down to watch TV. Is this television viewing really a good way to spend your time? Is it really necessary to have it on every night? Are those programs really that good that you want to sit there staring in a state of hypnosis? I have learned various tricks to shorten the time television takes from my daily life.
Enjoy the wonderful benefits of TiVo and recording. You don't really have to watch a show when it is broadcast. Taping it and watching it later can give you back 15 to 20 minutes when you zap the commercials.
Pick some shows at the beginning of the week that will really be fun to see and only watch those. Become more discriminating about what you watch and plan ahead. Teach your children to do the same. 
Stop watching all the news broadcasts. Remember, the news business is a business. Most of the time that business seems to be to scare us with fear-promoting TV news. You can get your information in print or watch the news for one telling of the story. You do not have to listen all day.
Limit your television viewing for one week. See if you can have a couple of nights with no television at all. You may be very surprised with the results. Notice how much time you suddenly seem to have. You are creating space and time in your life!
4) Time Waster: ComputersComputers are wonderful and have changed our lives in so many fantastic ways. But we waste a lot of time on the computer. We spend hours on the computer and don't even realize it. Sometimes we need to be using the computer for work, but what about the non-working computer time?Try timing yourself the next time you go to your home computer. You may be very surprised by the reality of how much time you are spending there. Once you know how much time you're spending in front of the computer do this:Make a list of activities that take the same amount of time. For example, if you spend 2 hours in front of a computer every day, what activity could you do in that same amount of time?Could you exercise instead? Could you read that book you have been meaning to finish? Could you spend more time with people you care about?
Stop checking e-mail all day long, and start checking it three times a day instead.
Do not read every e-mail. You really do not have to. Certain e-mails are probably necessary (depending on what you do for a living). Others waste your valuable time. Eliminate these from your inbox and create tons of time in your day.  Delete the spam. Delete the ones that raise your blood pressure as soon as you see who they're from. 
Finally, delete the ones that have FW: in front of them.If you send e-mail make sure they ADD VALUE to people. If they don't, then people will delete them without reading them...as well they should!)Cutting down on computer time can create huge amounts of time in your day.5) Looking for ThingsAn easy way to create space in your day is to stop wasting time looking for objects. How much time do you waste looking for the same items, every day, over and over? Keys, cell phone, Blackberry, etc.How much time do you spend looking for what you need every time you start a project or task? What a waste of time! You go to do some cleaning, and you left your supplies in another room. You are ready to start a job fixing something, and you cannot find the tools you need to start, let alone finish. You go into your office and nothing is where you thought you left it.Stop. It's time to get organized. Break the organizing into small steps and do it once and for all. 
Decide on a place for items like keys, phone, etc. and always keep them there. Sounds simple, but so many of us do not follow this rule, and we spend way too much time looking for lost items and getting frantic on our way out the door.
Children and students need to find one spot for their backpacks and school supplies. Every night, backpacks, lunches, and projects can be put in the same place, preferably near the door, so there is no last minute freaking out before the day even begins.
Think of the trouble spots. Where do you get slowed down the most?  Start with the one that bothers you the most, and go to that area. Buy containers and boxes to hold supplies. Keep them in the same place, all the time, with warnings like DO NOT TOUCH if you anticipate problems. (My children always used to take my tape and scissors. I now hide them.)
If you are overwhelmed, there are professional organizers who do this work. They are able to help you "zero in" on the trouble spots and give you good, solid suggestions on how to become more organized.
